Data Transmission are working towards their goal, having snagged an exclusive freebie of Adam Freeland’s remix of The Temper Trap’s Fader. We’ve picked it up, tagged it properly and unrar’d it for your benefit.
I really don’t know what to say, Freeland drops his usual (Now standard) indie electro sound over the vocals and as much as I’m not a fan of the whole indie dance thingo that’s sneaking around at the moment…this is actually a quality remix from Adam. It’s a nice blend of feel goodery, tossed around with some grindy electro leads and some great backing synths and vocal echoes.
The Temper Trap – Fader (Adam Freeland Mix)
It’s one of the “Oh, THAT’S what the track and band are called.” – The beauty of cutting oneself off from radio or other genre’s other than dance. Now I can impress my non-dance loving friends with my knowledge about other things other than dance.
