Hey all – as you may or may not know I’ve been away on a little trip raising money for Save The Children by driving from London to Mongolia. Epic trip encompassing deserts, dried-up seas, rivers, mountains, border crossings galore and some of the worst roads we’ve ever encountered! We broke our rear differential, rear suspension, nearly split the car in half, lost all our brakes several times and had to chop off 5th gear – but after 8500 miles of dust, dirt, blood, sweat and smiles we made it to Mongolia in one piece and donated our beloved Brava to a charity there. I’d been 47 days on the road and now I’m based in Shanghai and taking some time to relax!
The blog has continued at a great pace while I’ve been away and massive thanks to all the writers for keeping the Noise Porn flag flying in my absence. If you have tunes to send them – their email addresses are all on the site. Keep sending stuff to our main email address too!
