Dirty Disco Youth

After a slew of banging remixes (including one for our very own Remix After All entry), Dirty Disco Youth is back in our ears with his re-interpretation of the classic 80’s anthem, “Eye of the Tiger” by Survivor. It strips out the guitar riffs and vocals  in favour of rough synths, wobbly basslines and futuristic robotic voices. Top song from a producer on the rise.

Dirty Disco Youth – Eye of the Tiger (Survivor Re-interpretation)

Not only that, but he’s got a few releases in the pipeline; his new single “Stupid Sound” on New York based label “KINETIKA” in July, his first vinyl out in August on “Street Beats” (The new label by Streetlife Djs), and his own record label, “Dirty Disco Tracks”, will be celebrating their first release in the upcoming weeks. It’s supposed to feature an awesome track by The Disco Villains + some sick remixes, so keep your eyes open.

Previews of all these and much more can be found on the Dirty Disco Youth MySpace.
