Blast from the past today from fellow Scot Grayskull, who’s just unleashed his remix of the classic early 90’s breakbeat track Close Your Eyes by Acen. Takes a little while to get going, but I’m loving the buildup to the “think I’m gonna overdose” drop, followed by some top-notch, hard hitting, undulating bass. Also, he gets big props for working in the sirenesque synth noises from Frequency towards the end. As always, if you like it let us know and be sure to check out his MySpace for more.

I am a big fan of Acen, since i was 12 and that track was Trip II the Moon part 1 on the radio one chart show, been hooked on that type of music now for almost 20 years!!! Its good to hear a tune brought up to date mate, like what u done with it!!! Heavy bass always good!!! 10/10
