Mustard Pimp Megapost

Just got this promo mail in today from French duo Mustard Pimp and it’s packed full of great sounds. There’s the 3 tracks that they’ve just released into the wild, as well as their first mixtape of ‘09.

First up is their track Rubik, which makes me think of some sort of twisted fairground music forged in the molten fires of jumpstyle. It’s good stuff. Next we’ve got their remix of Mo Do’s Einz, Zwei, Polizei which sees German military vocals falling in line with more of a traditional club beat. The final one is their tune Gold which, though slightly experimental, has a suitably epic feel to it that really appeals.
