Italys NT89 (aka Nima Tahmasebi) is fast becoming a personal favourite of mine. Last we heard from him was in the form of a remix with her buddy Shinichi Osawa, and today we’ve got a another new remix, this time a solo effort. It’s a reworking of the Golden Filters version of Lay it Down by Peter Bjorn & John, and it’s got a great spacey vibe before progressing onto undulating bass that you can really sink your teeth into. Love what’s been done with the vocals on this track too.
